Supercharged Vitality Smoothie

This smoothie is delicious, nutritious and very good for your skin, immune system, brain, joints, muscles, and circulation. It's also a superb energy booster. Serves: 1 - 2

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Small handful of mix of goji berries, raisins, pistachios, dried blueberries (sometimes I also rehydrate the berries and raisins before using in this recipe)
  • 1 tsp. almond butter (you can also use peanut butter or cashew butter)
  • 1-2 packets of E3 BrainOn
  • 2 radishes, stems removed
  • 1 handful of organic spinach
  • 1 handful of organic kale
  • 1/2 cup of vanilla unsweetened flax milk (you can also use vanilla almond, rice, oat, soy, or hemp milk)
  • 5-6 organic baby carrots
  • Small bunch of parsley

Directions:

Blend together. Sip and get energized!

Variations:

Sometimes I will add in fresh or frozen strawberries or other berries as well as Blue Majik and E3 AFA Apple-Lemon to give it even more nutritional value, different colors, and delicious taste.
