With over 1,400 peer-reviewed studies and it's efficacious on 170 disease models, H2 inhalation is anti-allergy, anti-obesity, anti-aging and antioxidant, and it is safe, pure and non-toxic for the entire family including your furry friends (pets)!
With a flow rate of 30 ml per minute and 2% hydrogen gas concentration, this handy unit packs a powerful punch. And just because it’s small doesn’t mean it can’t go the distance...the H2 MINI PORTABLE HYDROGEN INHALATION unit is designed for up to 5 hours of continuous run time!
The average couple taking molecular hydrogen tablets consumes 2 bottles per month at an average cost of $119 for the highest parts per million hydrogen on the market. When you own your own H2 MINI PORTABLE HYDROGEN INHALATION machine, the whole family can use it, at a fraction of the cost compared to hydrogen tablets.
For reference, just 40 minutes on the new H2 MINI PORTABLE HYDROGEN INHALATION machine is the equivalent of taking an entire bottle of molecular hydrogen tablets!
All that's required to make these devices run is distilled water. There are no electrolytes, filters or anything else that you need to purchase over time. Plus, inhaled hydrogen reaches the bloodstream, and even crosses the blood-brain barrier, in just 2 minutes of use! Hydrogen water has to be digested in the stomach and takes much longer to take effect.
This is definitely something you want to pay attention to because there are many inhalers being marketed as high hydrogen output — as high as 99% H2 gas! These are dangerous and explosive machines. According to the Journal of Medical Gas Research, any machine producing concentrations greater than 10% hydrogen pose "a serious risk of explosion."
Keep in mind, too, as mentioned above, that over 1400 peer-reviewed studies from across the globe have demonstrated that molecular hydrogen is a unique antioxidant.
— Selectivity — Because H2 is such a stable molecule, it only reacts with the very worst free radicals: the hydroxyl radical and peroxynitrite. This means it leaves the beneficial radicals used in cell signaling and immune function alone, and only targets the “bad guys.”
Some of the research-backed benefits of molecular hydrogen include:
— Supports healthy immune function
— Supports healthy energy levels
Molecular hydrogen penetrates deep into every cell of your body, fighting free radicals and harmful inflammation at the cellular level. Vital Reaction's larger hydrogen inhalation machines, while more powerful, are considerably less portable, and as such come at a much higher cost.

How Oxidative Stress & Inflammation Lead to Neurodegeneration
A neurodegenerative disorder is a blanket term used to describe a multitude of conditions that affect the neurons — the building blocks that make up the nervous system, including the spinal cord and brain.
Even though aging is the number one risk factor for certain neurodegenerative diseases, inflammation could be a precursor for deficits in cognitive and motor skills during later stages in life. Several studies have shown that a frightening link between the two conditions exists and living with chronic stress and neurodegenerative issues induces inflammation throughout the nervous system.
Whatever we can do to combat inflammation, accelerated aging and neurodegenerative diseases can have long-lasting beneficial effects. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, as they say.
Molecular Hydrogen is a relatively “new” type of antioxidant that has the therapeutic potential to deal with inflammation and aging at its roots. And if the science is correct, then Molecular Hydrogen may also hold the answer to preventing neurodegenerative diseases.
The greatest thing about H2 is that it is a selective antioxidant. Unlike certain other types of antioxidants like Vitamin C (which can also help in the fight against dementia), it doesn’t do a clean sweep of all free radicals (good along with the bad), but instead, it targets only the harmful reactive oxygen species that interfere with normal cellular functions.
Lower Your Risk of Developing Dementia & Alzheimer's
Dementia isn’t really a disease. It is, rather, a word used to describe a group of symptoms of several different illnesses. What these illnesses have in common is that they cause a steady decline in the sufferer's functioning, specifically their memory, intellect, social skills and emotional responses.
Naturally, many family members who witness the declining cognitive abilities of a loved one start to worry if they will inherit it or pass it on to their children.
Vascular cognitive impairment is a condition in which cognitive skills are damaged as a direct result of cerebrovascular disease in the brain.
— Blood vessels in the brain become blocked or damaged to the extent that brain cells don't get the oxygen and nutrients they need.
— The decline in cognitive ability can happen rapidly, such as after a stroke, or may occur gradually as smaller blood vessels are damaged over time. The changes range from mild to severe.
News & Research
Alzheimer’s disease is one of the most common neurodegenerative diseases in the elderly. It is often manifested as learning and memory impairment, cognitive function decline, normal social and emotional disorders.
As a new type of medical therapeutic gas, hydrogen has attracted much attention recently. As a recognized reducing gas, hydrogen has shown to greatly reduce anti-oxidative stress and inflammation in many cerebral disease models.
The Role of Hydrogen in Alzheimer’s Disease
Oxidative stress and neuroinflammation cause many neurological disorders. Recently, it has been reported that molecular hydrogen inhalation (H2) functions as an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent. This review discusses some of the remarkable progress that has been made in the research of H2 use for neurological disorders, such as cerebrovascular diseases, neurodegenerative disorders and neonatal brain disorders. Although most neurological disorders are currently incurable, these studies suggest the clinical potential of H2 administration for their prevention, treatment and mitigation. Inhaled H2 diffuses into the alveoli of the lung and is transport throughout the body in the blood.
Molecular Hydrogen: A Neuroprotective Agent
People often joke about getting older and forgetful, but it’s not a laughing matter. A hit-or-miss memory and issues such as brain fog can really put you off your game, and as usual, oxidative stress is the culprit. Molecular hydrogen is proven to improve memory and cognitive function by alleviating the damage caused by oxidative stress, but its effects go much farther than that.
Diseases and conditions such as Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, TBI (traumatic brain injury), hemorrhagic stroke, and ischemic brain injury are all positively affected by hydrogen therapy. (1) And as previously mentioned, hydrogen can also offer preventive measures against these and other brain disorders due to its size, its ability to pass the blood/brain barrier, and its antioxidant properties. (2)
So…don’t forget to take your hydrogen!
If you’re looking for an extra boost... Molecular Hydrogen Inhalation is worth considering. I wouldn't be without the Vital Reaction H2 Mini Portable Inhaler, H2 Tablets, 7% Inhaler or their Dermal Mister.
7 Tips to Lowering Your Risk of Brain & Mental Decline
1. Keep Seeking Out New Challenges: Scientists don’t know exactly why challenging ourselves to learn new skills protects cognitive function, but they do have some theories.
It's been shown that neurogenesis, or the growth of new brain cells, continues throughout our lives, even into old age. The brain is highly plastic, and challenges lead to actual positive changes in brain tissue. It is thought that new connections are created between cells when a new skill is learned. Worry not — You don't have to learn something difficult, like a new language, to reap positive benefits. Something simple like taking a different route to town in the morning or joining a painting class can be just as beneficial.
The key is... it should be something you enjoy.
Consistently challenge yourself to try new things. Give the brain experiences it hasn’t had before like visiting a different park or listening to a different type of music. Activities that combine brain stimulation with social engagement have been shown to be the most beneficial.

2. Eat a MIND Diet: The Mediterranean way of eating has been shown to provide a 35% lower Alzheimer's risk. Simply put, Mediterranean diet means: more vegetables, whole grains and fruit. Eat legumes such as beans, chickpeas and lentils. Fish is excellent (although I choose to eat a plant-based diet), as are nuts such as almonds and walnuts. Cook with small amounts of olive oil and have only small amounts of red meat and dairy if any.
Perhaps an improvement even on the Mediterranean diet is the MIND diet, developed at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. Researchers claim it reduces the risk of Alzheimer's by over 50%. Crazy!
The MIND diet places emphasis on green leafy foods such as kale and spinach as well as a variety of other vegetables. Nuts are recommended at least five days a week, as well as berries a couple of times a week. Beans, whole grains and fish are emphasized.
Foods to avoid are red meat, butter and hard margarine, pastries and fried foods.
Certain dietary supplements could prevent the decline of cognition, too, as I write about below after #7 on the E3Live superb products. And as discussed above, Molecular Hydrogen Therapy (Inhalation and Tablets) has been shown to improve cognitive function, inhibit learning and memory impairments and reduce neuronal damage.
3. Get a Good Night’s Sleep: It’s been shown that people who don’t get sufficient sleep are at greater risk of developing various types of dementia. Lifestyle changes that facilitate better sleep, such as exercise, are also beneficial.
4. Keep Your Cardiovascular System Healthy: The food choices you make on a daily basis affect your head as well as your heart. Evidence is mounting on the link between heart health and cognitive function.
It is now known that obesity, smoking, diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol increase the risk of having dementia in later life.
5. Prevent Brain Injuries: Avoid participating in sports where you are at a high risk of brain injury, such as boxing. If you do extreme sports such as mountain biking, kite-surfing or white-water rafting, be sure to wear the prescribed protective headgear.
6. Stop Smoking: Not every smoker will go on to develop dementia. However, giving up the habit is thought to cut your risk to that of non-smokers. This is probably because the two most common types of dementia — Alzheimer’s and vascular — are both associated with heart and blood vessel problems. Of course, smoking increases the risk of vascular problems like strokes or minor bleeds in the brain.
Also, the toxins in cigarette smoke cause inflammation, which has been linked to the development of dementia.
7. Exercise Regularly: I've kept the best for last. Out of all the lifestyle changes we've looked at so far, this one seems to reduce the risk of dementia the most. Regular cardiovascular exercise, like brisk walking or running, improves circulation and increases blood flow to the brain. Now, you don’t have to do marathons: 30 minutes a day, several days a week, over at least a year, are very beneficial.
Exercising regularly doesn’t mean taking up a sport! For elderly people, even just a brisk walk, garden work or house cleaning has been shown to reduce dementia risk. Keeping moving seems to be the key here.
What can you do today and this entire month/year to improve your brain health and your whole-body health. Besides exercise, ample sleep, wholesome diet, enjoyable hobbies, meditation, stress management and more, you can make a choice to purchase the Vital Reaction Molecular Tablets and the H2 MINI PORTABLE INHALER Device.
