This day I choose to live in gratitude and in the presence of peace. I am a beacon of serenity and peace. I offer this gift of peace to everyone with whom I communicate today. It feels like I am walking on air.

I relax and refresh my body and thoughts today. Several times throughout this fine day, I carve out time for at least 3 x 3 mindful, slow, and deep breaths as I give thanks for all of the rich blessings in my life.

I carry a song of joy in my heart and am inspired by all life. I avoid any thoughts that weaken me and replace them with positive thoughts and words that reflect my highest vision. Only the best for me.

In my time of quiet reflection today, as I breathe slowly and deeply, I feel great comfort. I release all worries and know that the answers I need are revealing themselves to me. I let go of insecurity. I am free and unlimited.

I choose to live in the precious present. As I give each moment my mind, heart, and slow breaths, the serendipitous can blossom. Today I will not work so hard at living that I forget how to live fully in the moment.

I release any stress I am carrying and am at peace, no matter what is happening around me. All challenges become manageable and conflict recedes. I am clear-headed, discerning, confident, and strong.

The spirit of love within me is my source, supply, and support. I am connected to an unlimited source of abundance. I bless and prosper everyone in my life and everyone in my life blesses and prospers me.

Every cell of my body is alive and revitalized with the energy of healing love. I feel stronger and more alive, renewed and energized. In my body and attitude, I am invigorated and today I choose to celebrate life.

I greet this day with enthusiasm and confidence. It feels like I am walking on air. I am confident in my ability to succeed at whatever I set my mind to do. With gusto, I take the action needed to accomplish a goal. 

I have all the time, energy, and money I need to cultivate my dreams and highest vision for myself and my loved ones. I am living with aplomb, purpose, prosperity, and integrity. I relish and celebrate life.
