After a good night's sleep, every cell in my body is renewed and refreshed. If I feel less than my best, I take a moment to focus on and imagine my physical body filled with vigor and vitality. By shifting my thoughts from negative to positive, I reinvigorate my body, mind, and spirit. Day by day, in every way, I feel stronger and more alive, renewed, and energized.
